"We experienced Internet connectivity issues today from 11:10pm to 12:10am. The problem was with our internet connection. The issue has been resolved and we will continue to monitor the situation."
So what you're saying is....the files are in the computer!!!!

Ahah...classic reference. We get emails from our ITAMS staff. Usually there are two in a row. The first one says "the internet is down". The second one says "the internet is back up". If the internet is down, we don't get emails until it's back up, so... ya.
